      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the 3D view look under the Shading and make sure you have "Smooth Shade All" selected. (instead of "Flat Shade All")&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that is not the issue then in the main Modeling menubar try Mesh Display &amp;gt; Soften/Harden Edge.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the answer but maya seems to have fixed it on it's own for some odd reason. I couldn't try your solution but thanks anyway for your help Brentmc&lt;/P&gt;</description>
