Pivot point issue

Hello,

I have a question regarding pivot points. I searched for the answer, but I couldn't find it anywhere hopefully you can help me.

My pivot points are extended (plaese see the attach img) .. I don't see the end of the pivots (arrows) , I tried with - but it doesn't seem to be the case.

The tool selected on the img is move tool.

The manipulator is adjustable by using hotkeys. The PLUS (+) and MINUS (-) keys will enlarge or shrink the size of your manipulator respectively.
