I cant draw a spehere

Hi,

I am a newbie. following a tutorial where the tutor drawing a sphere in the front view. I cant draw it. mine keep saying 'drag on the grid'. I dont understand wht's am doing wrong. please I need some guidance.

Hi,

I would suggest running through the basics and modeling interactive tutorials under Windows > Home to become familiar with the Maya interface.

When creating primitives the default behaviour in Maya is to just create the primitive at the origin with the default size and then you can use the move and scale tools adjust the primitive.

However, if you enable Create > Polygon Primitives > Interactive Creation then you can drag out primitives as described in the tutorial you are following.
