Paint it on a image/texture and use this image/texture in your software.

Hi!

You can use any Deformer to deform objects in Maya (even a curve).

Not sure what you want to do, but maybe it's easier to start with curves and then from there create the pattern.

Hi!

This scene makes use of Legacy Render Layer.

Either switch your Maya to "new" Render Setup (in preferences), or

use import instead of open scene.

Ok, thank you. So, the red dashed lines can be edited? For example make it shorter or longer or curves?

I'm using Maya 2018.

1. Import file

2. Select one of the dashed line

3. Select Deform > Nonlinear > Bend

Hi!

Choose other axis, look at my screenshot.

There is nothing in up-axis at your object which can be deformed.

I have tried hundred times.. there is no axis on the object for Deform.

Hi!

1. Rotate along object (see red line)

2. Adjust the value for curvature in your deformer.

I recommend to try and learn how to use a deformer with any other 3-dimensional object first.

Please read the Maya Online Help / Documentation for more details.

I think its hard to edit it. Do you know how to make new dashed lines?
