Maya LT SP3 - Send to unreal missing

Hi, I have Maya LT SP3. Send to Unreal is missing from the menu (I only see "send to Unity". I have tried to delete "documents/maya/2015LT/prefs" folder, but the setting is still missing, is there anything else I can do? P.S. I have already tried what was suggested here.

I have the same problem as well. Its important that I have send to Unreal working.

I am also having this problem.

Downloaded the trial, uninstalled the trial, purchased annual subscription, installed with browser download ...

Autodesk_Maya_LT_2015_R2_dlm.sfx

I have checked the Game Pipeline plugin is installed and have deleted my preferences.

I only have ...

CLOUD IMPORT/EXPORT

SEND TO UNITY

No send to unreal option.

Infact it looks just like the trial version.

Please Help

Hi Again

I managed to fix this by installing Autodesk Maya LT 2015 Extension 2 + Service Pack 3 although it definately said I was already running SP3, and deleting my prefs folder again.

Think this could need some work Autodesk, as I remember it being stated in another post that when you subscribe, you download the latest version.

Could someone also please verify that the SEND TO MUDBOX option only appears if its actually installed, as I still dont have that option , but I also dont have Mudbox at present.

I've tried that solution before however, I have a subscription but I cant log into the subcription center. When it tells me to get the serial number My Maya LT Help Menu doesnt show the serial number. I never had to put one in when I purchased it, I just had to log in. Is it located somewhere else?

This is kind of the problem. I can manage my product, however I cant log into the subcription center without a serial or contract ID. My contract ID doesnt work. I try to use the login details I use to manage my product under manage.autodesk.com, but it doesnt work.

Its becoming really frustrating. Help messages to autodesk has gone unanswered. Do I need a maintenance subscription or something? Its not very clear.

Try this ...

Go to your management page, click on download products, you should have two boxes to click ...

2015 and 2014

Click 2015

Then just underneath 2015 there should be 6 tabs, one of which should be Serial Numbers.

United States, I simply purchased a Desktop Subcription for $30/ Month to use with UE4, I never got that email. Ive had the subcription for almost a month.

I dont have the option to download 2014, only 2015. There are no serial numbers, it just says "No Serial needed, Log in to use".

Hi. We have had an issue with certain customers purchasing subscriptions to Maya LT 2015 but not having access to the Extension updates in subscription center. It sounds like this may be one of those situations. I will pass your case to the attention of our customer support, someone should contact you shortly to help you sort this out.

I have solved this issue. Here the reply from Autodesk, thanks a lot for the support!

The Send to Unreal is a new feature that is part of the Extension release for Maya LT 2015. If you are running the non-extension release you will not see it.

To install Autodesk Maya LT 2015 Extension 2 SP3 you will need to log into subscription center and download it from within the Product Enhancements.
