Hello,

Out of no reason, we started to experience a completely random error on our render farm (various PC's various scenes that were previously rendered without a problem). It shows as: error-code (0xC0000409)

It also sometimes show as :

libpng error: Read Error // Maya exited with status -1073740791
fatal flex scanner internal error--end of buffer missed.

It points to C:\WINDOWS\System32\ucrtbase.dll

OK, Solution found- an error was caused by the file access problems.

some details FYI:
I think the problem was a hardware/network issue, in particular Qnap Nas settings (one of these or both):

Asynchronous I/O - enabled in SMB settings,

Lock File (Oplocks) - enabled in shared folder settings.

After disabling both the problem disappeared.
