      <title>Import Issues in unreal engine from exporting a character Asset from Maya FBX</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there, I have followed tutorials online on exporting my fbx from an adapted Artv1 rig in maya to then import into unreal.&lt;BR /&gt;It says to use unreal 4.21 as this works with Artv1 rig. Im using fbx exporter 2020 and maya 2020.2.&lt;BR /&gt;I select the bones in the skeleton and mesh in maya with the correct settings in maya and export.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then load this into unreal and select use the unreal mannequin skeleton as the bone structure is the same. I lose textures, the mesh becomes distorted and my bones don't get recognised.
