Hey everyone, I’m trying to make a wormhole like the one from Interstellar but I'm super new and honestly pretty lost.

Can someone tell me exactly which nodes I need to use for this? I know people usually just say "use Bifrost," and I'm totally fine with using it, but please don't just say that I really need to know the specific nodes and how they connect because I'm still stuck.

If anyone can give me a detailed breakdown of the setup, I’d really appreciate it!

Long answer: The question is a bit non-specific, as there are several shots within the film depicting Gargantua.
I would approach it like a film-maker would - by breaking it into pieces - which effect(s) specifically you are trying to recreate?

Also understand that you are undertaking a task that Christopher Nolan had to hire a dedicated scientist to figure out - it will take QUITE a bit more than a few mouse clicks to accomplish - and likely some programming skills beyond the capabilities of Maya. While it's not at all a step-by-step instruction of what you are trying to accomplish - it does lay the necessary background you need to understand (physics wise) in order to create the visual image(s) demonstrated in the film.
