Texture Problem

Hello !
i have a issue with a rigg i bought i set the project put the texture in source image i did evrithing and on the rigg scene evrything is working but when i open my animation scene and creat a ref (again i've set it in the correct folder ) all my texture just doesn't work (all the skin become white and the eye black ) and i can't find anywhere a solution to my problem 'im on maya 2025 my GPU isd a 4060TI and CPU a intel Corei9 idk if these info are necessary but just in case i put them

You have set the project to the right path?
Does the "File Path Editor" find the textures?
