Incorrect importation of the MetaHuman plugin to Maya

Hello, Everyone. Could you help me about with the Metahuman to Maya plugin?

I got install MetaHuman Plugin in Maya 2024 from Unreal Engine 5.6, however I can’t import metahuman correctly, I don’t know why!?

It doesn’t exceed 8%, and when I “assemble” the mesh, it isn’t imported correctly, with no body and no rigging working.

I have some images with that problem. Has anyone else had the same problem?

If you had the same problem, the solution is:

"Directory path with special characters

Your path is:

C:/Users/Fabiano Itaquê/Desktop/test
The ç and ê in your name may cause errors, as the plugin does not handle non-ASCII characters well. This has caused similar errors for other people."
