Hi!

My initials are displayed in the Autodesk Access app. I want to post a tutorial video in the future, but I need to edit my name first.
For example, aa -> aq.

up right corner there's my user icon.

I changed the team's name in Settings, but it did not change.

To edit your Autodesk Access user display name, first open My Profile and Settings on the official Autodesk website. Then, click Personal Information.

When I tried entering a random name, the user ID remained the same, but the username changed. When I entered "Oh My God Rainbow," the username changed to "Oh My God Rainbow." 🤣

After logging out of Autodesk Access for five to ten minutes and logging back in, you can confirm that the username has changed to "Oh My God Rainbow."
It seems that the first letter of the initial is taken from the first letter of the first name and the second letter of the initial is taken from the first letter of the last name.

Additionally, the Autodesk Access username appears to be reflected in other Autodesk services. For example, the same username is displayed in Autodesk Maya. I tested whether the username could be changed under the following conditions:

I installed Autodesk Maya 2026 for the first time and launched the app after changing the username to "Oh My God Rainbow."
I launched Autodesk Maya Creative 2025, which had been installed over a year ago, after changing the username to "Oh My God Rainbow."
After installing a new copy of Autodesk Maya 2026, I launched the app (after changing the username to "amaterasu qbb").
I launched Autodesk Maya Creative 2025, which had been installed over a year ago (after changing the username to "amaterasu qbb").

Based on these findings, it appears that Autodesk Access and Autodesk applications share the same username. In other words, changing the username on the Autodesk website will update the username in other Autodesk applications.

Therefore, after changing the username on the official website, log out and close the Autodesk Access app. Then, restart Autodesk Access and log in again.
This confirms that the username has been changed.

Now, we can engage in online activities together without revealing our names! 🤣🤣🤣
