How to delete the history?

Hey guys... how to delete this object history?

I tried deleting it by that way too... but those are not getting deleted!..

and if posible please provide a MEL script for a custom button that deletes this history and also the history in script editor.. thanks!

Easy

1-Select the object
2-Go to Edit > Delete By Type > History

To erase every history

1-Go to Edit > Delete All By Type > History

Deleting History saves up space and will speed up your scene. Also try the "Optimize Scene Size" tool.

1-Go to File > Optimize Scene Size

If it doesn't work, try selecting the object in the "object mode" not "component mode".

cool!.. It worked... i mean.. Thanks... can you tell me a MEL script so that i can make a shortcut button in my shelf to delete such history.... i tried seeing in the script editor if it has any commnads.. :D... thanks again...!

Ctrl+Shift+Click the menu command and it will be added automatically to the shelf.
