Hi, every time I restart my Mac, Maya does not start up, and I have to uninstall it and then reinstall it. Then it works fine until I shut down the Mac. Are there any solutions or ideas to solve this problem?

This sounds like a licensing issue so I would try the steps in this other forum post:
