Maya move, rotate and scale handlers

Hi everyone.

Right now I'm having an issue with move, rotate and scale tools. The handlers look different or it doesn't appear (in the case of rotate tool).

Take a look at Windows > Settings/Preferences > Preferences > Display > Manipulators and change Manipulator Sizes.

You can also try to reset all Maya settings in the Edit Menu of this panel.
