Hey everyone,

So I have a weird problem with my blend shapes. I am making a facial rig for a cat, so I am using blend shapes (in parallel mode) and joints. I even made an interface for the animator. All seemed to be working until I did a test animation and saw that ridiculous thing... The blend shapes dont folow the angle of the character.

If I turn the head or any body contoler, the blend shapes ignores the angle and keeps going from +y to -y.

Here are some images to help.

Blend shape Eyelid active, no problem.

I turn the head, the eyelid dont follow.

This only happens to the blendshapes, the joints are working perfectly.

There is no influence on the cat other than the bind/skin and the blendshapes.

I duplicated the blend shapes from the cat with no skin, influence or history and added them after the binding process and below it.

I am kinda new to maya (1 year), so it might be something completly obvious.

Does anyone knows what is going on?
