I am trying to download a free 30-day trial for Maya 2016 for windows, 64-bit. After going through the on-line store and entering my credit card info, I recieved an e-mail saying thanks for your purchase-please watch your e-mail for a welcome message containing the serial number and download instructions to begin using your 30-day free trial-well, I've got no welcome e-mail, and I can't download any free trials...Anyone know what's up?

credit card info and serial for a trial?? sounds strange...are you sure you didn´t buy something by accident?
