Entertainment Creation Suite

Just got this and i am running windows 10 when i click download it starts to download then just stops and has check mark marks saying failed. Never giving a reason why it has failed

my pc:

AMD A10-7800 Radeon R7, 12 Compute Cores

4c+8G 3.50GHz

12.0GB

64Bit operating

Where were you trying to download the Creation Suite from? Please note that Windows 10 is not officially supported for Entertainment Creation Suite at the moment. See: Windows 10 support for Autodesk products.

I was trying to download the Enterainment Creation Suite. Do you know when it will be support for windows 10 also is it a way to just download maya. I paid for Enterainment Creation Suite. and really just need the maya program for right now

No information on when Maya will be officially supported on Windows 10. Further testing is still required. But yes you can just download Maya for now. Are you looking for a student version?

I paid for the suite and basically learning on my own through Digtal tutors. So i am a newbie so not sure if it should be the student one or not. i have played with maya before but i am still really new at it.

I have the same question - when will the entertainment creation suite maintenance plan users be able to download the other suite products like Max 2017?
