I whant to install the Ext2 sp but it's give me a message saying something:

I have Maya 2016 Ext1 sp6 install on my pc... now I whant to install the Ext2 sp1 and it's give me a message saying something like: the program to be upgraded may be missing! (see image in attachment)

What can I do?

install extension 2 first it´s a complete new version. then install ext 2 sp1 which is just a patch and need the full install before you can apply it.

if you have some kind of subscription/maintenance plan yes. easiest way to find out: log in to manage.autodesk.com and have a look!
