Student Version of Maya 2016 Keeps Freezing!!

I have a student version of Maya 2016. After about half hour each time after opening the program, the save box that has the student info pops up without me hitting "save" and then proceeds to freeze Maya and it is unresponsive (I have Autosave and Incrimental save turned OFF). I have to force quit, restart Maya, and always loose data. Please help if you can. Thank you!

Hello @Anonymous Could you please perform a clean uninstall and then re-install Maya through our Virtual Agent.

Let us know if it works.

Hi Jasmine...I have the same problem, i have also taken your suggestion and reinstalled Maya via the Virtual Agent ....and still i get the freezing ...To the point where I have to shut it down ...Any suggestions for this at would be appreciated greatly ..Many Thanks
