New to Maya

Please Help me. I am new to Maya and I am wondering why parts of my model don't show when rotating, it looks like a cut-away picture of the model. They used to , but I must have clicked something in the settings to change it and I can't figure out what. I would appreciate ANY help on this issue. THANKS!

You may need to adjust your camera clipping planes. Click on the camera icon shown in the first image below to open the camera settings, then try entering a higher value for the far clip plane in the attribute editor. (Sometimes adjusting the value for the near clip plane is also necessary...depends on the scene.)

in the off angle views it didn't, but everythig else, yes! Thanks

Also it seems that the background color changes from teal (default) to a gray color in the straight-on shots (top, bottom, left, right, etc.)

Not sure what you mean...can you post a screen grab?

Also, the ortho views (Top, Front, Side) have their own cameras, so you may need to adjust those also.
