Maya does not opening / whitescreen

So i just installed Maya properly and the first problem was that i cant install it on my " 😧 " hardrive instead of " C: " which is in first place kinda weird but i installed it on C: and it was kinda hidden but i found it ( C:\Autodesk\Autodesk_Maya_2017_EN_JP_ZH_Win_64bit_dlm\x64\Maya\Autodesk\Maya2017\bin ) but once i tryna open it its just white screen and nothing else happens

thanks for your quick reply!
sorry it took a while for me to answer, i am very busy at the moment..

Anyway, it does not help at all.. i also think its more an installation
problem, but i've done everythink properly.

1. downloaded the 2017 maya file from the autodesk page..
2. followed the instructions, so chose installation path ( which is weird
because.. once i change it from "C:" to "D:" it tells my that he's not
going to install it or it says he need 0 space on my folder for it.. )
3. anyway i stucked with " C: " he was installing pretty fast for my opinon
but okay.
4. tried open it from the desktop icon but it instantly said " cant find
file " so i had to replug the icon to the file in the installed folder.

Hope that explains it a little bit better and i am sorry for my rubbish
english.
