Do you guys happen to know of any sites with free, in depth videos that could teach me Maya 2017 from front to back? I have looked everywhere and the only site that i have found is Pluralsight.(Which costs money) I have also checked out the Maya YouTube channel and have found nothing. The videos are either not 2017 or they aren't in depth and don't teach you everything you need to know. If you just let me know of any ideas you have that would be awesome. Thank you so much. -Tucker

I think you can still use these links to get a 30 day free trial on Lynda.com and Pluralsight which is normally 10 days.

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/free-learning-resources

Gnomon Workshop offer a 10 free trial, they have an intro to Maya 2017 course from Eric Keller.

https://www.thegnomonworkshop.com/tutorials/introduction-to-maya-2017

Yeah most definitely not, unfortunately if you want a decent course you kinda have to pay a little bit.

Have you checked if any libraries in your area offer free access to Lynda.com? Quite a few libraries in offer it as a service. It's how I got access to it. Pluralsight and Lynda.com are ok to get you started and oriented but the Gnomon courses are better.

There are a lot of great free stuff on Youtube, less coherent as it's not just one big tutorial but still really good stuff.

Lots of beginner tutorials here - he has a Learn Maya 2017 channel

https://www.youtube.com/user/yonesensei

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLJPytBOzZ_p0FbA8dDoCpdwXedLgP07-h

Maya Toolbelt

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC37pJSYeDsVHhVO01RTJDow

Fullerton college - Maya learning playlist, short videos

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5hFqTa0lOQQy5-fAIEUUvQ/playlists

There's more out there but perhaps you can start here.
