Hi, everyone.

To import image sequence in Maya in must be in name.###.ext format. What program do you use to create such sequence from video. When I render with Vegas Pro or Photoshop I get the sequence but name is wrong. It ether doesn't put a dot after name (Photoshop) or puts an underline (Vegas Pro). Both not accepted by Maya. Can you please recommend a program that you are using, because renaming every single frame is not really an option.

Thank you.

Hi. Dont worry about the naming when youre rendering. Just rename the sequence afterwards using something like total commander
https://www.ghisler.com/
Cheers.

Hi!

Shotgun RV can export image sequences like that, or Quicktime Pro 7 (bit old school but does the trick too).
