Maya 2023 not opening

Hi, i recently installed Maya 2023 on my laptop, but it simply does not open, every time i try to open Maya, it says "license verified", past this point, it crashes.

Back in 2019 i used to have an intel laptop with only Intel HD graphics, and it run Maya with ease, now i have a Ryzen laptop (Ryzen 53500U processor) with Vega 8 graphics and i'm strarting to think it may be the compatibility with the GPU.

Please let me know if anyone knows something i can do.

its an allocation memory error, bad install, bad memory, files corrupt
