    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is my situation:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://prnt.sc/gosyuq" target="_blank"&gt;https://prnt.sc/gosyuq&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Why i get this weird shading thing in my viewport (which is viewport 2.0).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Although in my render it looks fine. Do you know why this happen?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Normal maps and materials behave different in different renderers (Maya Viewoprt is just a Hardware Renderer).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could try Mesh Display -&amp;gt; Unlock Normals and Mesh Display -&amp;gt; Soften Edge.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For further help please upload a scene-file and the normal map.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm just checking in to see if you need more help with this. &lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/134201"&gt;@mspeer&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;is correct and posted some helpful tips.
