Can't batch render in V-Ray, only renders current frame

I'm trying to do a batch render v-ray, but it's just rendering the first image. I've attached my render settings. I have "render animation only in batch mode" checked. I've tried going to both Render>Batch Render and Render>Render Sequence. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I'm using the Student version, which should allow batch rendering. I bought it yesterday after using the trial version previously.
