I made a hair in Xgen Interactive for my character And I use it as a refrence. When I first refenced it on a new scene hair looks fine . But when I quit the maya scene and re open it , it completely messes up and looks like the second image. Problem doesn't seem to related to the rig because the issue is keep happening if I rigged it or not .I tried to bind skin, parenting to the head controller , wrap modefier and I got the same result over and over again . Can you please help me .
