quick layout menu

In quick layout panel there are 4 icons out of which 3 can have their behavior and icon changed with right click ald selecting appropriate layout. Why can you choose only from 3 meanings / layouts out of 19 available if layout editor?

One can only select 'single perspective view', 'four view' and 'front/persp view' although there should be 19 available:

Can I somehow add all 19 to quick layout menu? Or maybe add icons?

Hi there,

This was done as part of a consolidation effort. However, to get specific ones back you can select them in the Layouts Panel, then click the "New Layout" button. This will add it back to the Quick Layout menu (just be sure to rename the menu so that it isn't confusing).

ive been at this for 45 min now and still have no clue as to what is going on under the hood...

why in the panel editor is there no way to save or update a layout to what my screen currently shows. I can only create new ones. and when I do it seems to over ride all my other custom ones I made.
