Changing keyframe's only time value

Hi,

I've been searching some shortcut or some easy way to do this but couldn't find (maybe I couldn't search properly)
I'm working multiple rotation variables with keyframes. I am dragging them in graph editor when I want to carry them in timeline. But when I do this with mouse manually, the values are changing too and I am trying to adjust them again. This is a bit annoying when you do this a lot.
Is there any short way to carry them just for time and not effect other values? (for example a shortcut for moving keyframe 1 frame)

Hi,

select the keyframe then hold the SHIFT key and start dragging horizontally.

You will see the mouse cursor become a questionmark and then when you drag it is an arrows icon left right.

This works also vertically
