I'm trying to render interactive grooming splines on Redshift and renderman, But i'm getting nothing. It's like the renderer is not able to read the splines generated by interactive xgen, As it's rendering correctly with no problems on arnold rendering engine. So I'm wondering if I'm having a problem or there is a workaround for it to make it work on both renders.

Redshift doesn't yet support the new IGS system in Maya 2017+. You will have to convert your groom to the original groomable splines available in 2016.5 and below. The documentation provides instructions on how to do this:

Transfer interactive grooming hairs to an XGen default splines description

As of writing, 2.5.51 is the latest version released. IGS is one of the most requested features for Maya so we should be seeing it sometime in Q1 or Q2 of 2018. Hopefully this helps!

Cheers,
