Why my maya 2016 is lagging when iam unwrapping sometimes it selects the UVs and edges after 5 or 10 sec when i select it from marquee selection tool. Its too much hanging!😭😭😭😭😢😢😢. my pc configuration is 8GB RAM, INTEL Core i3-4130 CPU @3.40GHz . Please help me as soon as possible!😭😭!

What GPU are you using and is the driver version the same as our certified hardware list?

You can find our certified hardware list here!

Also does your model have a lot of topology and/or anything going on in the scene that could be using a lot of resources and affect the UV editor?
