      <title>Placing objects - snap to origin</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! I'm very new to Maya, so I apologise if this is an obvious question (and I can't find the answer online!).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whenever I place any objects (polygons, surfaces et cetera) they are automatically inserted at the centre of the grid. I can't place them anywhere or scale on the point of input.
