Black Screen problem in Maya 2019

I seem to have the problem of having a stripped screen that won't let me see or even work on Maya 2019. I can click on tools but I can't see anything with the screen blocking everything. I've tried to delete the program to reinstall it twice and it still came up with the same screen. When I first installed in January it was working but since last week this issue started to appear. Can someone help me with this issue?

This is most likely a GPU issue. What GPU are you using and is the driver version the same as our certified hardware list?

You can find our certified hardware list here!

A quick test you can try as well is deleting your settings/preferences.
