topic Can't find Maya Student 2018 updates in Maya Forum

Hello,

I need to update to 2018.2 or newer so I can batch render with Renderman. I have been told to look at my account management, but Maya isn't listed there for me at all. I can see 3DS Max 2017 and a massive array of Software I have never touched but nothing for Maya, 2018 or otherwise. I did try to reinstall Maya 2018 via the downloader but I think it only wanted to install 2018.0/.1 again which is pointless.

Any help would be appreciated, I'm finding this very annoying, I just want to update my current installation!

I should add, I am also currently having significant issues installing or uninstalling ANY Autodesk products. I'm just getting this error that coughs up a ton of filepaths but with no meaning to them when the installer pops up and starts initialising.

Cannot install update

So I spoke with someone over webchat who was able to manually add the 2018 and 2019 Maya licenses to my account so I could get 2018.5.

However, on trying to install the update I am getting the following error. I have tried following the guides for a clean uninstallation and installation but so far the error has persisted. Any help would be appreciated.
