Error Report pop up when trying to install Maya 2019

Greetings All.

I'm trying to install Maya 2019 on my laptop and it keeps crashing before completely installing

I looked up solutions to the problem and that lead me to uninstalling c++ so that i can reinstall c++.

I was able to uninstall c++, but now i cannot install c++. I also cannot use system restore for some reason.

Here is a screenshot of the error that popped up during installation.

Ok. I was able to reinstall c++ except vcredist_x86, So that problem is eliminated.
