How to move projects and rigs to another computers maya

I'm just learning how to use Maya I basically know nothing so forgive me if this is a stupid question. I have the student version of maya 2018 on my laptop and i've been using it for over a year. I just got a new laptop and I have maya 2019 student version on it. I'm wondering if theres a way to move all my projects and rigs from the 2018 maya to my current 2019 maya. Both my laptops are apple.

just copy your project folders to

the new computer.

Symrinh, when moving projects between computers it is important that you have all of your textures in Project/Source Images folder. If you go to Windows/General Editors/File Path Editor, it will show you if they are there. If you see red X's they are probably somewhere else on your drive and need to be moved to the Source Images folder. Auto Resolve will help you with that.
