"Send to 3ds Max" is missing in Maya 2020?

Hi!
i can't find in Maya 2020 Files --> send to 3ds Max? ... instate of "send to 3ds max" i see now "send to Unreal" and "send to Unity".

In Max 2020 the feature "send to Maya" is still there but inactive.

How can i use this feature again?

Also really interested in this as we've always used it in our workflow and seems strange for it to be missing in the most recent version. If you have Max 2020 installed and Maya 2019 then the send to Maya option opens Maya 2019 but doesn't bring any geometry with it.

i have Max 2020 and Maya 2020 ...in Maya is no "send to 3ds Max" button (like in the text discription) anymore! ...instate their are send to unity and unreal buttons.

The Send to 3Ds Max did work perfectly between Max 2020 and Maya 2019!

for me it worked.

The problem is in the "Max2020.__._.__.syncfg" file. For unknown reason, the "StringVersion" and the "NumericVersion" where different (2019, not 2020). Changed those values, saved the file and instantly in maya menu the option to send to max appeared.

Go to the syncfg files, if you are using lets say maya 2020 and 3ds max 2021, in the max2021 syncfg file change the string version and numeric version to 2020 where there is 2021. Then go to maya 2020 syncfg and in the string version and numeric version replace 2020 with 2021, now the send to max and send to maya should be working correctly.

Why should we even have to do this? We pay for a scubscription and this needs to be fixed and rolled out in the next update by Autodesk. I also cannot save the file after changing the text cause it says I need persmission even though I am using it on my own personal machine. How can I save the file to get this working?

This supposed fix is not working for me. Any thoughts as to why?
