Mesh suddenly gets broken when move to frame 1

My mesh is currently at frame 65. When I move it to frame it gets distorted/broken, but when I move it back in frame 65 it does not change anymore. It just remains broken. The script says it can't perform the polyslipt on the selection.

Hi!

The history seems to be broken.

Try to delete the history directly after loading the scene and then save with a new filename.
