The move & scale tools missing manipulator, rotate tool doesn't work.

I am using Maya 2020. My move tool and scale tool are missing arrows, and the rotate tool doesn't work at all. I have tried "+" but it's useless. I even uninstall and reinstall it but nothing changed. Could anyone help me here?

Hi!

The size manipulators are too big, so you need to use "-" and not "+".

You can also set a specific size in Preferences or try in Preferences

Edit -> Restore Default settings.
