Hello,

When I install Maya 2020 I got a problem with opening already created models. Stretched and offset polygons, the models are deformed. I wrote to support service, they advised me to go through some steps and sent a link:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/maya/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Constant-crashing-with-Maya-2017.html

But the problem remained. On another PC, the models are displayed correctly.

Best regards

Hi @Anonymous,

Usually if you're seeing an issue within one machine, we're thinking about the installation of Maya on that machine, or the machine parameters. If the computer meets hardware reqs, I'd suggest following the steps for a clean uninstall of Maya. Ultimately if you are still having trouble on specifically one computer, it may be required to reformat your machine.

Clean uninstall guide can be found here:

Perform a clean uninstall | Download & Install | Autodesk Knowledge Network

I hope this helps!
