Tool Settings Keeps Popping Up

Whenever I click on the "insert edge loop" tool, tool settings pops up. How do I turn this off? It only happens for this tool.

is it a custom button?
you might made one for the option box.

I added the tool to the shelf (with all the other modeling tools). How would I undo it if it is a custom button for the option box?

Hi!

Please make sure the command added to the shelf is

SplitEdgeRingTool

and not

SplitEdgeRingToolOptions
