Maya not providing Login Access or Single User License

I have been using Maya for the past month and a half under as a student under temporary license due to the application not providing any sort of access via log in or single user license options. I've tried downloading and reinstalling the product 4 times but it still presents me with the same issue. I have been trying to find access to the program for the past 2 weeks and I still haven't found an answer, and my Maya application while installed, still has not been resolved with the ability to activate it at all.

Where did you get the temporary license? From Autodesk support?

Then I assume you've already tried various troubleshooting, can you list what's been tried?

Can you start the Arnold License Manager, change to Single User, and sign in?

Arnold and Maya share the same sign in, I'm curious if signing in this way will change anything for Maya.

I got the temporary license from the Serial Number option

Once that ran its course, I began looking for a serial number but to no avail. I ventured to my account in the Product Managment tab and all that was listed was "sign in." I looked over tutorials and steps that provided advice on how to log in, but my screen would never pop up the same way, it would never take me to a sign in page or provide the single user license. I deleted and reopened the application over and over again, but no results, remaining the same "Select the Multiuser or enter serial number."
