Multi Cut & Insert Edge Loop is not creating loop edge for a specific face

Below is the problem, *Cant add Edges Now, Srry i am new.Hi!

I have a simple cube, on one face of it i can not insert an edge, Neither with Multi cut nor with insert edge loop tool.

I had deleted some edges from this face and this problem occures with the other cube aswell,

1 - i created one edge loop on the cube.

2 - then i set an offset to the extruded face.

3 - then i removed the edges surrounding the extruded face.

4 - Now i cannot add edges to this face.

SOLUTION.

After searching i found a youtube video and i came to know that i dont know anything abou quadrilateral topology where a face have to have 4 edges not less or more otherwise alot of things will go wrong. and after fixing the faces ( making them to 4 edges) it fixed the issue. Thanks to the youtube guy.
