    <description>&lt;P&gt;OK I finally got to the point where I can submit a support ticket.&amp;nbsp; Kind of a lot of steps though to get to support.&amp;nbsp; Either way thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>No more support ticket system?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to find the link to submit a support ticket for an issue but I can't seem to find it anymore.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone know if they still have a ticketing system or are they just content to let posts die in the support forums?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have a subscription, you can create a case through&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support" target="_blank"&gt;https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That will show you your options (eg Schedule a Case, Create a Case).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, if you have subscription, then unanswered posts are escalated to support cases automatically.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Stephen, we do have subscriptions but I do not see any options for creating a ticket.&amp;nbsp; I see the following links:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Help with buying online,&amp;nbsp;Education &amp;amp; trial support, &amp;amp;&amp;nbsp;Post-purchase support.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If I go to our Product Management page and click on the "Open Support Cases" link it sends me to a page that says:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"We are down for maintenance."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's been like that since at least last Thursday.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should be able to navigate into that Post purchasing option, and then select "help using my product"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After that, you can enter in the issue you're having with as much detail as possible, and submit the case. I would suggest using the case via email in most situations.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After that, our team will be notified and we'll be able to put together a response. You'll also have access to us for the next 30 days in case something else comes up once the case is closed and resolved.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can also ask a question here on the forums, as many knowledgeable users, and support specialists within Autodesk, like to help here!&lt;/P&gt;
