Highend workstation components / Mini ITX if possible

Hello

i am planning on my next workstation as a CG Professional

I am a generalist but at the moment i do need some heavy scenes rendering , mainly arnold

My thoughts for now is

Nvidia RTX A6000 - watercooling possible for this Nvidia model or even needed?

Not sure what the performance difference to a RTX 3090 , apart from double the Vram wich can be needed on very heavy scenes!?

Ryzen 3950X

64 GB Ram

Mainboard ?

Case ? - i would love to go Mini ITX this time because of portability!!
