topic Ncloth cycle animation? in Maya Dynamics Forum

Hi.

I have a human animation cycle for 3 seconds. Is it possible to make the "nCloth" animation cyclic(specifically, in my case, pants) , so that the end and beginning of the animation coincide?

I have one idea. Make a locator for each vertex. Bake the locators along the ncloth movement trajectory and in a new animation layer make the beginning and end the same through interpolation.

Is there an easier way?

Ok. I didn't know that the cache could be blended. In the tracheditor, just blend the necessary cache frames. Here's a guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0LFWv7rNufI
