2D pocket counter bore empty toolpath

Hello,

I am trying to drill a counter bore hole. I have a drill operation for the thru hole portion that is working and I am trying to use a 2D pocket operation for the bore. I am selecting the bottom edge of the pocket and I am using a .25 diameter end mill. When i create the feature it loads fine but gives me an empty toolpath. I've watched a ton of videos and it seems like i'm doing it right but its still not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My guess would be the helical ramp in is to large for the hole it is trying to machine. I think that is under the linking tab. If you turn down the "Helical Ramp Diameter" Setting it should work.

Thank you! That fixed the problem and allowed me to create the tool path!

Why don't you use Bore instead of 2D pocket?
