    <description>&lt;P&gt;any reason why I am getting "Results are not available for this Run - Are you logged in as the submitting user?"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;clearly, I am logged in.&amp;nbsp; I am trying to access the previous run, not the *Current run.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Howard&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4316303"&gt;@arkitek2s_&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What probably happened is that your web connection was lost after you selected to generate the results on your model. Make sure your web connection is working and try it again. The results are in the cloud and only the most recently generated analysis result is actually saved with the model.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please click the "Accept as Solution" button if this solves your issue or answers your question so that others may also benefit from the information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>We'll need more information to resolve this.  Screenshots, step by step on how to recreate the issue, etc. The message you quoted can come up when there are no jobs/floors associated with the selected run.  Have you generated results for that run in the past?&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
