Why does Lighting Analysis Plugin say - "No Entitlement" with AEC Subscription

So I'm trying to create a lighting analysis via Insight. I've tracked down and installed the plugin for Revit 2023. When I try to run the analysis the "Start Analysis" button is greyed out and next to Available it says "No Entitlement".

I'm the account manager for the office and when I go online to check "All Products and Services" I see

Which then re-directs me to this page https://www.autodesk.com/products/insight/overview

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same issue here. Is this not part of our AEC Subscription?

I don't have an issue paying for this service if that's what required I just want to confirm thats really the issue. because it also says 0 credits required

I submitted a ticket with Autodesk and they were able to resolve it (They had to assign a token to my account). Now I can run the analysis when 0 Credits are required.
