topic Cannot Start Analysis because "Available: No Entitlement" in Lighting & Solar Analysis Forum

I have BIM Collaborate Pro using Revit 2023.1 and have installed and re-insalled Insight's Lighting Analysis and Solar Analysis. Using simpler models to test, I have successfully run a Solar Analysis on these and more complicated models with some fussing around with the model settings. After trying the same approach with Lighting Analysis, I cannot even attempt to run an initial analysis. Per an Autodesk post , there was a known issue with contacting the cloud service but that in Revit 2023.1 this should have been corrected. Are there other plug-ins/ updates that I need to install? How else can I troubleshoot what it appears to be a cloud services related item?
